Cancellation & Transfer Policy

1. Reserving Your Place

Your place and private-room category are secured only after your pay-in-full investment or your $444 deposit, plus applicable GST, has been successfully received and confirmed.

Rooms are limited and assigned in the order completed payments are received. Opening a payment page or beginning checkout does not temporarily hold a room.

Every payment made toward Her Inspired Journey 2027 is final and non-refundable but may be applied to an approved transfer of the complete registration.

2. If You Are Unable to Attend

If your plans change and you are no longer able to attend, no refund or credit will be issued. This applies whether you have paid the $444 deposit, made one or more payment-plan instalments or paid the complete retreat investment.

Your registration may be transferred to another eligible woman. You are responsible for finding the woman who will take your place and notifying All In Alignment so the transfer can be reviewed and completed.

All In Alignment does not resell cancelled registrations, maintain a cancellation waitlist or guarantee that another participant can be found.

3. Transferring Your Registration

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to hello@allinalignment.com no later than April 23, 2027. Please include your full name, room category and the full name and email address of the woman who will take your place.

• The replacement participant must be at least 18 years old.
• The replacement participant must agree to all retreat terms, policies, waivers and participation requirements.
• The entire registration is transferred. Room nights, meals, activities and other portions of the retreat cannot be divided between participants.
• The existing room category transfers with the registration unless another category is available and any applicable price difference is paid.
• A registration may be transferred only once unless All In Alignment provides written approval for an additional transfer.
• A transfer is not complete until it has been confirmed in writing by All In Alignment.

4. Transferring a Fully Paid Registration

If you have paid the complete retreat investment and can no longer attend, you are responsible for finding someone to purchase and assume your place.

Any financial arrangement between you and the replacement participant is handled privately between the two of you. All In Alignment will not collect payment from the replacement participant, issue reimbursement to the original participant or become involved in settling the private resale amount.

Your place remains registered in your name until All In Alignment receives the required information and confirms the transfer in writing.

5. Payment-Plan Registrations

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Cancelling your payment method, stopping a scheduled payment or notifying us that you are unable to attend does not create a right to a refund.

Unless an approved replacement participant agrees in writing to assume the remaining payment obligations, the original registered participant remains responsible for the outstanding balance.

If a scheduled payment is unsuccessful, we will contact you using the email address provided during registration. If payment is not brought up to date within seven calendar days, we may release your room. Payments already received remain non-refundable.

6. Illness, Weather and Personal Circumstances

The no-refund policy also applies when a participant is unable to attend because of illness, injury, family emergency, transportation disruption, weather, schedule conflict, change in personal circumstances or another unexpected event.

We encourage participants to consider travel or event-cancellation insurance that may protect their retreat investment and personal travel expenses.

No refund, credit or transfer will be available for a no-show or for a participant who leaves the retreat early.

7. Program, Facilitator and Experience Changes

Facilitators, activities, meals, schedules and individual experiences may be adjusted when necessary because of availability, weather, safety, participant needs or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any adjustment will be made with the integrity and intention of the overall retreat experience in mind. A change to an individual facilitator, activity, meal or schedule does not constitute cancellation of the retreat and does not create a right to a refund.

8. If All In Alignment Cancels or Postpones the Retreat

If the retreat is cancelled

If All In Alignment cancels Her Inspired Journey 2027 and does not provide a replacement date, registered participants will receive a refund of retreat-registration payments made directly to All In Alignment.

If the retreat is postponed

If the retreat is moved to a different date, registrations will transfer to the replacement date. Additional options, if any, will be explained in the postponement notice.

All In Alignment is not responsible for transportation, accommodation booked elsewhere, lost income or other personal expenses incurred in connection with the retreat.

9. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it unsafe, unlawful or impossible to hold the retreat as planned—including severe weather, wildfire, evacuation orders, public-health restrictions, natural disaster, venue closure or another significant emergency—we may relocate, postpone or cancel the retreat. We will communicate the available options as promptly as reasonably possible.

10. Agreement to This Policy

By completing any retreat payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted this Cancellation and Transfer Policy. This policy forms part of the terms attached to your Her Inspired Journey 2027 registration.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.
