Terms & Conditions

Please Review These Terms Before Using This Website or Completing a Purchase

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Her Inspired Journey website and any registration, product or service purchased through it. By accessing this website, submitting information or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional policy connected to the product, event or service you select.

1. About Her Inspired Journey

Her Inspired Journey is created and operated by All In Alignment, a partnership registered in Alberta, Canada. References to “Her Inspired Journey,” “All In Alignment,” “we,” “us” and “our” in these terms refer to All In Alignment and its partners, Anita Adrain and Cheryl Viczko.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or complete a purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase through this website. Her Inspired Journey 2027 retreat registrations are available only to participants who are at least 18 years old.

3. Permitted Website Use

You may use this website and its materials for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish or distribute website materials without written permission.
  • Use the website or its materials for an unlawful, misleading or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with the website, its security or its operation.
  • Access information, accounts or systems you are not authorized to access.
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false registration or payment information.
  • Use website content, retreat materials or program resources to create or deliver a competing commercial product, service or event.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, written content, graphics, photographs, videos, event concepts, exercises, downloadable materials, course content, Five Element Vessel materials and other original resources are owned by or licensed to All In Alignment and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a registration, product, membership or program provides you with personal access only. It does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, teach, sell, distribute or commercially use the materials.

5. Educational and Wellness Disclaimer

Our website, events, Feng Shui services, Five Element experiences, courses, memberships and educational materials are provided for personal reflection, education and general wellness purposes.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek appropriate professional guidance regarding your personal health, safety, finances or legal circumstances.

You are responsible for deciding whether an activity, recommendation or experience is appropriate for you and for communicating any relevant accessibility, dietary, health or participation concern.

6. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, descriptions, dates, availability, pricing, schedules, facilitators, experiences and other details may occasionally contain errors or require updates.

We may correct errors and update website information when necessary. If a correction materially affects a completed purchase, we will contact the purchaser using the information provided during registration.

7. Prices, GST and Payments

Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Applicable GST will be added during payment or checkout.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal or through other payment services selected by All In Alignment. Your use of a third-party payment service may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

A purchase or registration is not complete until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a transaction affected by suspected fraud, an unauthorized payment, an obvious pricing error or unavailable inventory.

8. Retreat and Event Registrations

Retreat and event spaces are limited. Your place, room category or ticket is secured only when the required payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

The Her Inspired Journey 2027 retreat has a separate Cancellation and Transfer Policy. All participant payments—including deposits, payment-plan instalments and pay-in-full registrations—are non-refundable but may be transferable in accordance with that policy.

Please review the Her Inspired Journey 2027 Cancellation & Transfer Policy before completing a retreat payment.

9. Payment Plans

When you select a payment plan, you authorize the scheduled payments associated with that purchase and agree to complete the payment plan according to the displayed schedule.

Stopping a scheduled payment or cancelling a payment method does not automatically cancel the underlying agreement or create a right to a refund. Missed or unsuccessful payments may result in suspended access, cancellation of a registration or release of a reserved room, subject to the applicable purchase policy.

10. Program and Event Changes

We may make reasonable adjustments to schedules, activities, speakers, facilitators, menus, venues, delivery methods or program details because of availability, participant needs, weather, safety or circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, substitutions will be chosen to preserve the intention and overall value of the experience.

11. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to treat hosts, facilitators, venue staff and other participants with respect and to follow reasonable safety and venue instructions.

  • Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour or deliberate disruption will not be tolerated.
  • Participants must respect the privacy, personal stories and boundaries of others.
  • Photography, recording or sharing another participant’s personal information requires her permission.
  • Participants must follow venue, health and safety requirements.

We may remove a participant whose conduct creates a safety concern or substantially interferes with the experience of others. Removal for participant conduct does not create a right to a refund.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

This website may link to third-party websites, social platforms, payment providers or resources. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, security, content or practices of third-party services.

13. Personal Results and Experiences

Every person’s circumstances, choices and experience are different. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another participant or purchaser will experience the same outcome. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and results.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All In Alignment is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of this website, reliance on its general educational content, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any non-waivable consumer right available under applicable law.

15. Privacy and Cookies

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Information about website cookies is available in our Cookie Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our website, offerings or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Terms applying to a completed purchase will not be changed retroactively except where required by law or agreed to by the purchaser.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be addressed in the courts of Alberta unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
